Seatly

No signup · No expiry

Your seating chart
shouldn’t expire
before your wedding does.

Drag your guests onto tables. Upload your venue’s floor plan and we’ll build the room for you. Free to plan, saved until the big day — and $12 only when you want it printed.

No card. No account. Your chart saves itself.

It saves from table one

Not after you pay. Not for 90 days. Your chart is at your own private link from the first guest you seat, and it's still there in March.

It reads your real venue

Upload the PDF the venue emailed you, a photo of a printed plan, even a sketch on a napkin. We turn it into a canvas you can edit.

It costs $12, once

Only when you want the print-ready PDF. Change your mind about Uncle Ray in April and re-export as many times as you like, free.

Three steps, one afternoon.

  1. 01

    Build the room

Drop in round, long or square tables — or upload your venue's floor plan and skip straight past this step.

  2. 02

    Paste your guest list

One name per line, straight out of your spreadsheet. Then drag each person into a seat and watch the pile shrink.

  3. 03

    Print it when you're ready

$12 for the print-ready PDF your venue and your planner can actually work from. Re-export free, forever.

Plan for free. Pay when you print.

Every table, every guest, every last-minute reshuffle — free, for as long as you need it. The only thing behind the $12 is the print-ready PDF, and buying it once covers every version after that.

$12once — not a subscription

Questions, answered honestly.

Is it really free?
Planning is free and always will be — every table, every guest, unlimited changes, saved indefinitely. You pay $12 once, and only if you want the print-ready PDF to hand your venue. No subscription, no trial clock.
Do I need an account?
No. Your chart lives at its own private link the moment you start. Add your email if you'd like us to send that link to you so it can't get lost — that's the only thing we'd ever use it for.
What if my venue sent me a PDF floor plan?
Upload it. We read the room outline, the tables and the dance floor, and hand you back an editable canvas. Photos of printed plans and hand-drawn sketches work too. Anything we misread, you just drag into place.
How long do you keep my chart?
Until you tell us to delete it. Weddings get planned eight months out and seating changes until the week of — a chart that expires halfway through is worse than useless.
What if RSVPs change?
They will. Open your link, drag the people who dropped out back to the sidebar, seat the new ones. If you already bought the PDF, re-exporting is free forever.
